The Indiana Resource Pool, powered by IHA and Matchwell, is the first of its kind in the country. To address the high costs and challenges associated with the traditional agency model, this new partnership is designed to provide IHA members with an alternative way to access and engage a local, flexible workforce. This innovative partnership will allow hospital members the opportunity to showcase their job openings directly in front of a pool of qualified Indiana licensed clinicians with the end goal of filling open shifts and contract work without an agency involved.
